Yard Clean Up

With fall around the corner now is a good time to eliminate an inviting environment for the assortment of rodents and pests that seek refuge around the outside of your home.

Firewood, ladders, used tires, and toys stacked against the house can attract spiders, mice, and other pests. It is a good time to do an end of summer inspection and check that the walls are clear of any debris leaning against or up next to them.

Also if mildew is showing on the walls it would be a good time to put in a work order to have the mildew removed so the owner does not get an HOA violation.

Cooler weather is on the way………………Hooray!
